Introduction
The IIM B EPGP program is an intensive one year program designed to enhance skills and capabilities essential for responsible positions at senior management levels. Challenging, widespread and globally oriented program's objective is to produce future leaders who can handle the dynamic corporate environment.
Programme details
The programme has 8 academic terms. The first 3 terms are core terms where the focus is on learning the management basics and laying the foundation. Term 4 has an international immersion program. The last 4 terms are electives focusing towards specialization in a particular domain.

Eligibility
The programme is intended for middle level executives having substantial work experience. The pre- requisites are
- Graduate in any discipline.
- A minimum of seven years full time work experience.
- A valid GMAT score.
The expected class size for the 2011 batch is between 60-75 students.
