Wharton takes blind interviews i.e. the interviewers haven't seen your application before the interview. This is unlike many other schools where interviewers go through applicant's application thoroughly.
Interviews are fairly routine with regular MBA interview questions and there is no particular advantage of choosing on campus interview.
