Refund Policy

1) No refund after the process starts

2) If the process is not started
- 100 % refund within 2 days if the client doesnt want to avail services
- 50 % refund within 7 days if the client doesnt want to avail services
- 25 % refund within 14 days if the client doesnt want to avail services
- 15 % refund after 14 days if the client doesnt want to avail services

(Process starts when Apphelp sends the sample list of activities document/ Interview questions to the client)

Please note that if a client doesn't avail services for all schools in a multiple schools package then refund of any kind will not be made.
